PLANTING - Flowers, trees, shrubs or plants may be planted in cast iron vases or urns only. Vases bolted together or with loose ornaments are not to be brought into the Cemetery. All flowers will be removed after being killed by frost. All urns or vases shall be on concrete bases, installed by the Corporation, at the lot owner's expense.
BENCHES, SETTEES and CHAIRS - No benches, settees or chairs will be permitted.
UNFILLED and UNPAINTED URNS - Unfilled and unpainted urns will be allowed to remain on lots until July first of each year. They will then be removed from the lot and held for the Lot Owner to claim, for twelve months, after which all responsibility of the Cemetery ceases, and disposal will be made as the Cemetery deems best.
BOUQUET HOLDERS - All bouquet holders must be the inverted type and set in concrete, flush with the ground and must be approved by the Cemetery before installation.
FLORAL PIECES - The Cemetery shall not be liable for floral pieces, baskets, or frames in which or to which such floral pieces are attached, beyond the acceptance of such floral pieces for the funeral services held in the Cemetery. Those placed on lots or graves will be removed after one week. Anyone wishing to retain the same should remove them after the funeral.
WINTER DECORATIONS - Winter decorations, such as holly, evergreen or artificial wreaths may be placed on graves beginning November first and remain until the following March first, after which date all such decorations will be removed. If these are to be kept for future use, they must be removed and cared for by the Owner before March first. CERTAIN DECORATIONS PROHIBITED - Toys, cases, boxes, globes, shells, cans, jugs, bottles and bric-a-brac of every description are prohibited and will be removed immediately if found on lots or graves. No decorations are permitted in the Scattering Garden or in the Central Garden areas.
PLANTING - Planting of all trees, shrubs, bushes and flowers must be approved by the Cemetery before work is done. Any unapproved plantings will be removed as soon as found.
HANGING DECORATIONS - No hanging decorations or baskets may be installed except on a metal rod hanger. In these cases, the pole must be set secure next to the monument base. DECORATIONS DURING MOWING SEASON - During the mowing season, no flowers or decorations may be placed on any grave, except they are on a concrete base or on the monument or on an approved metal hanger.
REMOVAL OR DECORATIONS - The Cemetery reserves the right to remove any decorations they deem to be unsightly, or if they interfere with normal Cemetery maintenance.
